We measure the delivery of quality across all project sizes using three core metrics:-

1.Inspection & Test Plans  Measured as a % of ITPs approved to plan
2.Inspection Checklists  Measured as a % of open and closed checklists 
3.Non-conformance Reporting  Measured as a % of defects / snags closed / managed
 

This data is used to provide each project with an indicative project Quality Index (QI) score and Quality Reporting Dashboard to be used by both the project and the business to improve the level of quality delivered to our customers with an ultimate aim of Right First-Time delivery.

 These metrics are reviewed  at monthly project reviews with all stakeholders to ensure the project requirements are being met
