Project Administrator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Project Administrator to join our team at Amy Consultancy Serv Limited.

The Project Administrator will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient project management and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute agendas
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
